George Alviter
George is a real estate investor, licensed Georgia REALTOR®, and professional property valuator who has completed more than a thousand valuations for lenders and institutions. A first-generation college graduate of The Citadel and a Captain in the U.S. Army National Guard, he brings an operator's discipline to every dollar he stewards.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, he built Alviter Capital to give working professionals — including the Spanish-speaking families and entrepreneurs he grew up around — a serious, honest path into real estate. He lives in Marietta, Georgia with his family.
